Congratulations to Rayen Kang, our student winner of the 2018 National Junior Duck Stamp Contest! She has been studying at the First Fine Art & Design Academy under the tutelage of Shengji Qu   from the age of eight to eighteen. Along the way she has received multiple awards and honors for her work. For her talent and hard work, Rayen has been awarded a full scholarship to Georgia Tech.

Her acrylic painting of an Emperor Goose will be printed as a $5 stamp where proceeds will support conservation education.
